Committed to environmental responsibility and sustainability, Brasilmag adopts strict criteria in its management, covering the environmental, social and financial aspects of the company.
In the environmental sphere, our proactive approach aims to mitigate all adverse environmental impacts. We implement practices such as the efficient reuse of water in recirculation and fluid treatment systems, with the responsible disposal of solid waste to a landfill licensed by Iema. As holder of its share in this landfill, the company shares this responsibility with other members.
Furthermore, we highlight our commitment to reforestation, concentrating efforts on projects both at the municipal headquarters, on the banks of the Muqui River, and in the Manhuaçu River basin, where we carry out mineral extraction activities.
In the social sphere, Brasilmag actively contributes to the local community through the “Combat Drugs” program, promoting initiatives aimed at prevention and awareness in the host municipality.
